Dear Educators, Stakeholders, and Visionaries, It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I welcome you to YBECS Educational Society, an organization dedicated to the empowerment of Indian teachers. Education is the foundation of progress, and the quality of teachers defines the future of our nation. At YBECS, our mission is to uplift educators by equipping them with essential knowledge, skill-based training, and internationally recognized credentials approved by the Government of India.
In today’s rapidly evolving world, educators must continuously adapt to new teaching methodologies, technological advancements, and global standards. To support this vision, we have designed a specialized course – The National Teacher Licensing Program (NTLP). This initiative aims to equip Indian teachers with the necessary credentials and updated knowledge to qualify for both national and international teaching opportunities. With this program, educators will gain globally valid certifications, enhancing their professional growth and enabling them to compete at an international level.

Dr.Shabeer Ali Ottapalam
Chairman, YBECS Educational Society
Dr. Shabeer Ali Ottapalam is a distinguished educator with over 14 years of experience in the field of education at both national and international levels. He is currently pursuing a PhD in English from Bharat University. His contributions to education have been recognized by the World Book of Records, and he has been awarded an honorary doctorate from a well-known university. Presently, Dr. Shabeer Ali serves as the Principal of AEM Higher Secondary School in Malappuram and holds directorial positions at MECT Edupark in Thirurkad and Seedac Arts and Science College in Palakkad.
In addition to his academic and administrative roles, Dr. Shabeer Ali is an active public speaker. He delivered a speech during the Republic Day celebrations at AEHSS Thirurkad, reflecting his engagement in community and educational events.
